West Yorkshire Spinners Bo Peep Luxury Baby DK is an ideal choice for knitters and crocheters looking to create soft, durable garments for babies and toddlers. Combining high-quality Falkland Island Wool with nylon for added strength, this yarn offers a gentle touch against sensitive skin while remaining practical for everyday wear. While it is perfect for baby clothing, crafters should note that its DK weight requires specific tension management to ensure the final garment drape meets expectations for infant comfort.

Yes, it is designed specifically for babies and toddlers with a soft finish that is gentle against sensitive skin.
While the yarn is machine washable, it is best to dry flat to prevent damage and maintain the structural integrity of the wool.
A 4mm needle size is recommended for this DK weight yarn to achieve the standard tension.
Yes, it is a luxury blend of high-quality Falkland Island Wool and nylon.
Sailboat is a delicate shade; however, please note that monitor settings can cause minor variations in color appearance.
Switch to blunt-tipped wooden or bamboo needles, which are less likely to pierce the multi-ply structure of the yarn.
Ensure you are drying the garment flat rather than hanging it, and avoid using heavy fabric softeners that can coat the fibers and cause excessive stretching.
To ensure the best results, always perform a tension square before starting your project to verify your gauge. This yarn is compatible with most standard DK patterns. For care, although the yarn is machine washable, it is recommended to place finished garments inside a mesh laundry bag during the cycle to protect against snagging on other items. Dry flat to preserve the shape of the garment and avoid direct high-heat exposure from tumble dryers, as this may compromise the integrity of the wool fibers over time.
