Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Mount the cylinder using appropriate accessories compatible with the ISO 15552 standard. Ensure air lines are correctly connected to the ports for extension and retraction. Adjust the pneumatic cushioning screws at both ends to achieve the desired deceleration rate based on the operating speed and load. Fine-tuning may be required after initial operation.
Compatibility: This cylinder is compatible with standard pneumatic control valves and compressed air systems meeting industrial standards. The ISO 15552 compliance ensures compatibility with a wide array of mounting brackets, clevises, and rod end attachments. It operates with clean, dry, or lubricated compressed air within the specified pressure range.
Care: Regularly inspect air connections for leaks. Keep the cylinder exterior clean to prevent debris ingress. Periodically check and adjust cushioning settings if operating conditions change. Ensure the operating temperature remains within the specified range (-20°C to +80°C).
