Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 500g Micronised

Micronized creatine is creatine monohydrate that has been processed to reduce particle size (to 200 mesh in this case). This finer powder is intended to improve mixability in liquids and potentially enhance absorption.

A common maintenance dose is 3-5 grams per day. Some users opt for a loading phase (20 grams per day, split into doses, for 5-7 days) to saturate muscles quickly, followed by the maintenance dose. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations.

The timing is less critical than consistent daily intake. Many people take it post-workout mixed with their shake, while others prefer to take it in the morning or pre-workout. Consistency is key.

Creatine monohydrate is generally considered safe for continuous long-term use. Cycling is not strictly necessary for most users, but some prefer to take breaks. Consult a healthcare provider for guidance.

The product description indicates it is 100% pure micronized creatine monohydrate, suggesting it contains no added fillers or artificial ingredients.

Micronized creatine has smaller particles, which makes it dissolve more easily in liquids compared to regular creatine monohydrate. This can lead to a smoother texture and potentially faster absorption.

Creatine is generally safe for healthy adults. However, individuals with pre-existing kidney conditions, liver disease, or other serious health issues should consult a doctor before use. Maintaining adequate hydration is also important.

Ensure you are using sufficient liquid (at least 8-12 oz). Stir vigorously or shake well in a bottle. The micronized particles are small and may require thorough mixing.

Try taking the supplement with food or spreading the dose throughout the day. Ensure you are adequately hydrated.

This can occur due to humidity. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed after each use and store in a dry environment. If clumping is minor, it may still be usable after breaking up the clumps.
