The Makita DJV180RTJ is an 18v cordless D-handle jigsaw featuring a tool-less blade change system for quick and easy blade replacements. It has high comfort grips and an LED job light that illuminates the cutting line for better visibility. The jigsaw offers smooth and powerful cutting at a high stroke speed of 2,600spm, with 3 orbital settings plus straight cutting for versatility. It can make bevel cuts up to 45 degrees to the right or left and has a positive stop at 90 degrees. The heavy-duty aluminium die-cast base enhances durability and provides a longer service life. It includes a large trigger switch, operable with a gloved hand, and a battery protection circuit. The Lithium-ion batteries offer extended lifespan and a lighter weight compared to older battery technologies. This model is supplied with 2 x 5.0Ah Makita LXT Lithium-Ion Batteries, a DC18RC Compact Charger, and a Makpac Connector Case (Type 2). Specifications include a stroke length of 26mm, maximum cutting capacity in steel of 10mm and in wood of 135mm. Please note: Not compatible with G-Series batteries.
