FAQs
Can I remove the divider in the drawer?
Yes, the divider is removable, allowing you to switch between dual-zone cooking or one large 11L cooking space.
Is the drawer dishwasher safe?
While the drawer can be cleaned with soap and warm water, hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick coating.
Do I need to preheat the air fryer?
While not strictly required, preheating for 3-5 minutes often yields better crisping results for frozen foods.
What is the temperature range?
The Tower Elite typically operates within a standard air frying range of 80°C to 200°C.
Can I cook two different foods at once?
Yes, when the divider is installed, you can set independent cooking times or temperatures if the model supports dual-zone controls.
How much space do I need on my counter?
Due to its 11L size, ensure you have a clear area of at least 40cm by 40cm, keeping the unit away from walls to ensure airflow.
Troubleshooting
Air fryer does not turn on
Ensure the power cord is firmly connected to the wall outlet and the drawer is fully inserted into the main housing.
Food is not cooking evenly
Avoid overfilling the drawer and shake the contents halfway through the cooking process to ensure optimal air circulation.
Smoke appearing during use
Excessive smoke usually indicates grease build-up; ensure the drawer and heating element are cleaned regularly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your Tower Air Fryer, place it on a level, heat-resistant surface with at least 10cm of clearance on all sides to allow proper ventilation. Before first use, wash the drawer and any removable inserts in warm, soapy water. For daily care, ensure the unit is unplugged and fully cooled before cleaning. Use non-abrasive cloths and sponges to preserve the non-stick coating of the interior drawers. Avoid using metal utensils, as these can scratch the cooking surface and degrade the non-stick performance over time.
