Troubleshooting

Lights do not turn on.

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly according to polarity. Ensure fresh AA batteries are installed. Verify the switch on the battery box is in the 'ON' or 'TIMER' position. Try a different set of batteries.

Lights flicker or are dim.

The batteries may be low. Replace with new AA batteries. Ensure the battery contacts are clean and free from corrosion.

Timer function is not working.

Ensure the switch is set to the 'TIMER' position. Confirm that the batteries are sufficiently charged, as low battery power can affect timer operation. The timer typically activates once per 24-hour cycle.

Wire is tangled.

Gently and patiently untangle the wire. Avoid pulling too hard, as this could damage the delicate components. Looping the wire loosely around your hand can help manage it during untangling.
