Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack all components and verify against the parts list.
- Attach the aluminium corner posts to the base of the trolley.
- Insert the shelf support pins into the desired positions on the corner posts.
- Place the three shelves onto the support pins, ensuring they are level.
- Attach the castor wheels to the bottom of the trolley frame.
- Secure any remaining components, such as tool holders or cup holders, following the provided diagram.
Compatibility:
This trolley is designed to hold a wide variety of standard workshop tools, automotive parts, hardware, and general workshop supplies. Its compartment sizes and shelf depth are suitable for most common tools. It is compatible with most standard workshop environments and can navigate most indoor floor surfaces.
Care:
- Clean the trolley regularly with a damp cloth. Mild soap can be used for tougher grime, but avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe down any spills immediately to prevent staining or damage to the composite material.
- Periodically check that all screws and fittings are tight, especially after heavy use.
- Ensure the castor wheels are free of debris to maintain smooth movement.
- Do not exceed the weight limit of 30kg per shelf or 90kg total capacity.
