FAQs
Is the pom pom topper removable?
The pom pom is integrated into the design of the pen and is not intended to be removed.
Does the ink bleed through paper?
The pen uses standard ballpoint ink that is generally safe for most writing papers, though results may vary on very thin or porous paper.
Can I replace the ink cartridge?
This model is designed as a decorative stationery item; it does not support user-replaceable ink cartridges.
What are the exact dimensions of the pen?
The pen measures 255mm in height and 65mm in width.
Is this suitable for young children?
Due to small parts like the pom pom, it should be kept away from young children to prevent choking hazards.
Troubleshooting
The pen is not writing smoothly
Ensure the ballpoint tip is free from dried ink or debris by scribbling on a scrap piece of paper to prime the ink flow.
The pom pom topper is slightly compressed
Gently fluff the fibers of the pom pom with your fingers or a soft-bristled brush to restore its original shape.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No complex setup is required for this stationery item; it is ready to use immediately. To maintain the quality of the pen, avoid storing it in extreme temperatures or direct sunlight, which could fade the design. Keep the pom pom clean by gently brushing off dust. If the pen does not write smoothly, ensure the nib is free from debris. It is compatible with standard desk organizers but may not fit in slim-profile carrying cases due to its height and width.
