The MHG Living 16.5 Tog Winter Duvet is designed for individuals who struggle to stay warm during the coldest winter months and need a reliable, high-insulation bedding solution. Its standout benefit is the exceptional heat retention provided by the 16.5 Tog rating combined with an anti-allergy filling, ensuring both warmth and a sneeze-free sleep environment. Please note that due to its heavy-duty insulation, this duvet is intended exclusively for winter use and may be too warm for mild autumn or spring nights.

Tog is a measure of thermal resistance; 16.5 is a high rating indicating superior insulation, intended specifically for winter use.
Yes, the anti-allergy filling is designed to reduce the presence of common household allergens.
This duvet is specifically designed for winter. It will likely be far too warm for summer temperatures.
It is generally recommended to wash your duvet every 3 to 6 months depending on usage and hygiene preferences.
Yes, despite its high insulating properties, the microfibre cover and hollowfibre construction are designed to remain breathable for a comfortable night's rest.
Shake the duvet vigorously and allow it to air out for several hours to let the hollowfibre filling expand and regain its loft.
If your home machine is too small, use a commercial-sized machine at a local laundromat to ensure the duvet has enough space to be cleaned thoroughly.
To set up, simply shake the duvet out upon removal from the packaging to allow the hollowfibre to loft. It is designed to fit standard UK single duvet covers. For care, wash the duvet on a gentle cycle in a machine with sufficient capacity to avoid damaging the internal fibers. Always ensure the duvet is completely dry before placing it back on the bed, as trapped moisture can compromise the insulating properties and potentially lead to odors.
