The frame is designed for a direct floating display effect, meaning it typically holds the item directly behind the glass.
While the frame is lightweight, it is recommended to use the provided hanging points for the most secure and long-term installation.
The frame features genuine glass, which provides a clearer and more scratch-resistant surface than plastic alternatives.
It is generally recommended to keep wooden or composite frames out of areas with constant steam to prevent potential warping of the frame materials.
The frame is designed to fit standard 12.7 x 17.78 cm photos.
Ensure the folding strut is fully extended and positioned on a flat, even surface.
Use a specialized glass cleaner spray on a cloth rather than directly on the glass to avoid liquid seepage into the frame edges.
To set up your frame, gently release the clips on the back to remove the backing board. Insert your photo or artwork and secure the backing once the glass is clean. For cleaning, use a soft, lint-free microfibre cloth to wipe the genuine glass; avoid using abrasive chemicals or harsh scouring pads that may scratch the surface. Ensure the surface you are placing the frame on is level to maximize the effectiveness of the folding strut. When wall mounting, ensure you use wall-appropriate fixings suitable for the weight of the frame and your specific wall type.
