The Mirage Executive Chair is designed for office professionals and remote workers who require long-term comfort and ergonomic support during extended periods of sitting. Its primary benefit is a highly adjustable interface that caters to various body types, providing essential relief for the back and neck through its advanced lumbar and reclining systems. However, users should note that the assembly process requires significant physical effort and a clear workspace to ensure all components are secured correctly.

Yes, the Mirage uses high-quality, resilient mesh engineered specifically for high-frequency office use.
The armrests are integral to the support structure of the chair frame and are not intended for removal.
The chair is compatible with standard floor types, though it is recommended to use a chair mat to protect hardwood surfaces from potential caster wear.
Use the adjustment lever located under the right side of the seat to unlock the tilt mechanism.
The chair features a robust, engineered frame designed to support the mesh tension and provide long-term structural stability.
Ensure the gas lift cylinder is properly seated in the wheelbase and the seat base; test the lever several times to distribute the internal lubricant.
Check the rear adjustment tracks to ensure the support mechanism is locked into the intended position rather than sliding freely.
Verify that all bolts connecting the backrest to the seat mechanism are fully tightened, as loose hardware is the most common cause of noise.
To set up your Mirage Executive Chair, ensure you have a flat, carpeted surface to prevent scratching the frame. Lay out all components provided in the package and verify that all fasteners are included. When adjusting the arms and headrest, ensure they click firmly into their respective notches before applying full weight. For maintenance, vacuum the mesh regularly to remove dust particles that may accumulate in the weave. To clean surface frame components, use a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemical solvents, as these may degrade the finish of the engineered frame.
