Transform the look of old wall and floor tiles, both in the home and in the garden with this reusable tile stencil. Made from 190 micron ‘mylar A’ flexible recyclable material, it can be used on clean painted walls or over existing flat wall and floor tiles. Old paving slabs can also get a new lease of life. For best results, prepare the surface properly, take your time when stenciling, and seal the paint when it’s dry. The stencil is easy to apply: use on clean painted surfaces, or jet wash paving slabs and leave to dry completely. A coat of primer can create an even base. Apply paint sparingly with a brush or roller, avoiding over-application to prevent bleeding. When stenciling floors, start at the furthest point from the door. Clean the stencil between uses to maintain quality. Masking tape can help hold the stencil in place. A fine paint brush can touch up any imperfections. Seal your work with a suitable varnish or sealant for durability. Aftercare involves cleaning with a non-abrasive household cleaner and water.
