The Top-Fix system offers a convenient two-piece design that easily drops into the waste hole from above, eliminating the need to hold components in place from underneath. A single 14mm bolt locks the two main parts together, providing a strong, watertight seal without requiring extra sealants. This leads to a quicker, cleaner, and more straightforward installation process. Top-Fix is compatible with all UK plumbing systems, from older setups to modern kitchen sinks. With no washers or silicone needed, this innovative solution saves installers valuable time, effort, and costs, ensuring a smooth and leak-free installation experience every time. TF740MB without overflow also available in our store. Fast and Simple Installation, No Silicone or Mess, Fits All Systems, Fully Assembled.
