Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Unroll the mat and allow it to lay flat for a few hours to help remove any creases from packaging. For optimal placement, especially on hard floors, consider using a non-slip rug pad beneath the mat.
Compatibility: This mat is suitable for most indoor floor types, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet. It can be used in various rooms: living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, hallways, and bathrooms.
Care: To maintain its appearance and longevity:
- Regular Cleaning: Vacuum regularly using a low-pile setting.
- Spot Cleaning: For spills and stains, use a clean cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Blot the area gently; do not rub vigorously.
- Deeper Cleaning: For more thorough cleaning, the mat can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a delicate cycle with cold water.
- Drying: Air dry the mat completely. Avoid using a machine dryer, as high heat can damage the fibers. Ensure the mat is fully dry before placing it back on the floor to prevent mold or mildew.
