Yes, a removable, washable cotton liner comes included with every basket.

While it is designed for bathrooms, try to ensure the room is well-ventilated to prevent moisture from settling into the natural seagrass material.

No, the basket arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use.

Wipe the seagrass exterior with a dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid soaking it or using harsh cleaning agents.

As this is a natural material product, variations in shade and texture are inherent and expected, with up to a 5% variance.

The basket is designed to hold standard laundry loads, including towels and bedding, provided the items are evenly distributed.

Remove the cotton liner and wash it in the machine with a gentle detergent to eliminate trapped odors.

Natural seagrass can be pliable; place the basket on a flat surface and gently press down to allow the base to settle and self-level over time.

Use a soft brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner or a dry microfiber cloth to clean the crevices of the rattan weave.
