Troubleshooting
Print edges curling after removal from packaging
Lay the print flat under a heavy, clean, and dry object like a large book for 24-48 hours to gently flatten the fibers.
Paper appears wavy when framed
Use a professional mount or a dry mounting adhesive to ensure the paper remains flat against the backing board.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the print remains in pristine condition, avoid using adhesives that may damage the paper surface, such as standard tapes or glues. For mounting, a glass-fronted frame is highly recommended as it protects the paper from dust, airborne particles, and accidental creases. If you choose to mount the print using adhesive strips, ensure they are acid-free and specifically designed for delicate paper stocks. Keep the item away from areas with high moisture, such as kitchens or bathrooms, to avoid wrinkling the paper. If dusting is required, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth on the frame surface; never apply water or chemical cleaners directly to the print.
