This seat is designed for square-shaped toilet bowls and requires either top or bottom fixing compatibility. It's recommended to check the dimensions and shape against your existing toilet before purchasing.

For optimal hygiene and to maintain the finish, it is recommended to clean the toilet seat regularly, ideally daily or every other day, using a damp cloth and mild detergent.

First, check that the seat is correctly fitted and the hinges are clean and free of obstructions. If the issue persists, consult the troubleshooting section or contact customer support.

Ensure the hinges are properly aligned and tightened according to the installation instructions. Check for any obstructions preventing smooth movement.

Re-tighten the mounting bolts. If using bottom fixings, ensure they are fully secured. If using top fixings, check that the expansion plugs are correctly seated and tightened.

Ensure the area around the hinges is clean and free from debris. Try gently wiggling the seat while attempting to release it. Avoid forcing the mechanism.

Make sure the seat is correctly attached to the hinges. The covers usually clip on after the seat is secured; ensure they are pushed firmly into place.
