The Coopers of Stortford Memory Foam Neck & Shoulder Massager is designed for individuals seeking a portable, convenient way to alleviate daily tension and muscle soreness in the upper body. By combining ergonomic memory foam support with customizable vibration therapy, it offers a gentle, relaxing experience whether you are at home or traveling; however, users should note that the device is primarily designed for mild muscle relief and lacks the heavy-duty kneading action of larger mechanical massage chairs.

No, you should not use this device while driving as it may distract you or restrict your range of motion.
Please refer to the battery compartment label on the unit; standard alkaline batteries are typically required.
This product is intended for adult use. It should be kept out of reach of children to avoid the risk of entanglement or improper use.
Ensure the batteries are inserted correctly according to the polarity markings and that the power switch is fully engaged.
Replace the existing batteries with a fresh, high-quality set; depleted batteries often struggle to power the vibration motor at high intensity.
Adjust the positioning of the memory foam wrap; if the pressure is too high, try loosening the fit to allow the foam to distribute weight more evenly.
Setup is straightforward: simply insert the required batteries into the power compartment, secure the massager around your neck, and select your intensity preference via the integrated controls. Because the device uses a soft fleece cover, it is recommended to spot-clean the exterior with a damp cloth rather than submerging it in water. Always remove the batteries if you intend to store the massager for an extended period to prevent corrosion.
