FAQs
Is the SnoozeShade safe for newborns?
Yes, it is designed for use from birth, provided you monitor your baby and ensure the cover is installed correctly to allow for proper airflow.
Does it fit a travel system or carrycot?
The universal fit is designed to work with almost all single-width carrycots, prams, and pushchairs.
Can I see my baby while using it?
Yes, the sneak-a-peek zipper allows you to check on your baby without removing the entire cover.
How do I wash the SnoozeShade?
It is machine washable on a gentle 30-degree cycle. Do not tumble dry; hang it to dry naturally.
Can I use this in the rain?
It provides protection against light rain, but it is not waterproof and should not be used as a replacement for a dedicated rain cover in heavy downpours.
Does it block all sunlight?
It blocks 99% of UV rays and 94% of visible light, creating a dark, dim environment conducive to sleep.
Troubleshooting
The cover is sagging or touching the baby.
Adjust the side straps and tighten the elastic hooks to ensure the material is pulled taut away from the baby's face.
Airflow seems restricted.
Ensure that the cover is not completely sealed off if it is exceptionally hot; use the panels to leave part of the mesh exposed for maximum ventilation.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup is straightforward: simply stretch the elasticized straps over the frame of your stroller or carrycot. Use the provided poppers and straps to secure it firmly so that it remains stable even in windy conditions.
Regarding compatibility, it is designed for single-width units; if your pram has a complicated frame or is a double model, you may need to check that the attachment points allow for full coverage. For care, it is machine washable at 30 degrees. Always allow it to air dry, and avoid harsh detergents or bleach to maintain the integrity of the UV-blocking coating.
