Swarovski Matrix Tennis Ballpoint Pen - Black

The pen typically ships with standard black ink, but blue ink refills are available for purchase separately at Swarovski stores.

Twist the barrel to unscrew the mechanism, remove the empty refill, and insert the new Swarovski-certified refill before tightening the barrel back into place.

It is recommended to use official Swarovski refills to ensure compatibility with the internal writing mechanism and to maintain the pen's warranty and performance.

The pen is designed to have a weighted, balanced feel that conveys quality without being overly heavy for daily writing tasks.

The pen comes in original Swarovski branded packaging, along with a branded gift bag and a certificate of authenticity.

Ensure the refill is properly seated within the barrel; if the issue persists, replace the cartridge with an official Swarovski refill.

Gently wipe the barrel with a dry, soft microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and oils.

Verify that you are using a genuine Swarovski refill designed specifically for the Matrix Tennis series.
