Troubleshooting

Sauna not heating up

Check if the sauna is properly plugged into a working standard electrical outlet. Verify the digital control panel is set to the desired temperature and the timer is active. Ensure the overload protection circuit has not been triggered.

Digital control panel unresponsive

Try unplugging the sauna from the power outlet, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in to reset the panel. Ensure the panel is clean and dry.

Bluetooth connection issues

Ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the sauna is in pairing mode. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device, and restart the sauna's control panel. Keep devices within close range of the sauna's receiver.

Uneven heating

Confirm that no items are obstructing the heaters. Ensure the sauna door is closed properly to maintain internal temperature. Check that the temperature is set appropriately for the desired session.

Audio not playing

Verify that the volume is turned up on both the control panel and your connected device. Check the Bluetooth or FM radio connection. Ensure the USB device is properly inserted and formatted if using USB audio.
