Pieces don't fit together well
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct area of the puzzle. Ribbon-cut pieces should have a snug fit. If a piece seems bent or damaged, set it aside and contact customer support if it's a widespread issue.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: No specific setup is required beyond opening the box and emptying the puzzle pieces onto a flat, clear surface. It is recommended to use a puzzle mat or a dedicated table to prevent pieces from being lost or damaged.
Compatibility: This product is designed for all ages, with a particular appeal to families with children aged 8 and up due to the 500-piece count. It is a standalone product and does not require any electronic devices or software.
Care:
- Cleaning: To clean the puzzle pieces, gently wipe them with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the pieces in water, as this can damage the material and the foil accents.
- Storage: Store completed puzzles in a safe place, or disassemble and return pieces to the original box. Ensure the box is closed properly to prevent pieces from scattering.
- Handling: Handle pieces with care to maintain their shape and the integrity of the foil accents. The greyboard is made from recycled materials and is durable but should be protected from excessive moisture or extreme temperatures.
