These O-rings are round in cross-section and suitable for a wide temperature range. They are made of Nitrile Rubber which has good mechanical properties and high wear resistance, making them suitable for use with many petroleum oils, greases, hydraulic fluids, and mineral oil. These are commonly used for sealing between cylindrically shaped, overlapping mating surfaces in engines, flanges, valves, and various cylinders. However, they should not be used with acetone, ethers, esters, ozone, sunlight, or in applications with exposure to UV light. The O-rings have a 70A Durometer (Shore Hardness).
