It is highly recommended to air dry the toy to preserve the quality of the plush fabric and the vinyl face.

What is the age recommendation?

How do I use the personalization label?

There is a dedicated fabric label sewn onto the toy where you can write the child's name using a permanent fabric marker.

Troubleshooting

The toy appears dusty after storage.

Place the toy in a delicate mesh bag and machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle before air drying.

The internal bell seems quieter after washing.

Ensure the toy is completely dry inside, as residual moisture in the padding can muffle the sound.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This toy requires no setup; it is ready to use immediately upon removal from its open-box packaging. To maintain the integrity of the vinyl face and soft plush body, always use a gentle cycle when machine washing. It is recommended to place the toy in a mesh laundry bag to protect the limbs and hat from snagging. Avoid high-heat drying, as this may affect the material texture or the scent. The toy is designed for use from birth (0 years) and is suitable for all genders.
