Troubleshooting
Alarm is beeping or chirping
Replace the batteries immediately. The alarm emits a chirp to indicate low battery.
Alarms are not interlinking
Check the interlinking procedure outlined in the manual. Ensure the alarms are within the RF range (35m indoors, 100m outdoors) and not obstructed.
False alarms
Ensure the smoke alarm is not placed too close to cooking areas. If false alarms persist, try repositioning the alarm or consider cleaning the alarm (see care instructions).
One alarm is not sounding when others activate
Check the batteries in the non-responsive alarm and ensure it is correctly interlinked with the other units.
