Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, use the included mounting hardware to secure the reel to a flat vertical surface near your water source. Simply attach the intake hose to your outdoor tap using the provided quick-connect adapters, ensuring the rubber seal is seated correctly to prevent leaking. Compatibility covers both common 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch taps. For maintenance, ensure the hose is fully drained before winter to prevent freezing damage. Keep the reel mechanism clear of debris and dirt to maintain smooth retraction, and store the unit indoors if you live in an area with extreme seasonal temperature fluctuations.
