Yes, you can operate the lighting effects independently of the heating element for year-round enjoyment.
Yes, but ensure there is adequate clearance between the top of the fireplace and the bottom of the TV to prevent overheating the electronics.
While it can run on a standard outlet, it is best practice to avoid plugging other high-draw appliances into the same circuit to prevent tripping the breaker.
The glass panel can be removed to access the media tray, allowing you to swap or arrange the included logs and crystal stones to your preference.
The glass may become warm during high-heat operation; use caution if you have small children or pets.
This model is 80 inches in width, making it a significant statement piece for large walls.
Check that the thermostat setting is higher than the current room temperature and ensure the heat mode is active via the remote.
Ensure the fireplace is perfectly level against the wall. Vibrations often occur if the unit is not mounted flush or if the internal blower intake is obstructed.
Replace the batteries in the remote and ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the infrared receiver on the fireplace front.
Before installation, ensure the wall surface is level and capable of supporting the weight of an 80-inch appliance. The unit should be positioned away from moisture-prone areas and curtains. For setup, use the provided hardware for mounting, ensuring all electrical connections meet local safety standards for a plug-in appliance. Compatibility requires a standard grounded outlet capable of supporting the high-wattage draw. For care, simply dust the glass periodically with a microfiber cloth and ensure the intake and exhaust vents remain clear of pet hair and dust to maintain efficient heating performance.
