FAQs
Is the sintered stone tabletop completely scratch-proof?
The sintered stone is highly scratch-resistant, but not completely scratch-proof. While it can withstand daily use and accidental contact with sharp objects better than many other materials, extreme force or very sharp objects dragged with significant pressure could potentially cause minor marks.
Can I place hot pots and pans directly on the table?
Yes, the sintered stone tabletop is heat-resistant, allowing you to place hot dishes directly on the surface. However, using trivets or placemats is still recommended to preserve the finish and prevent potential thermal shock over time.
How do I clean the green linen upholstery on the chairs?
For everyday cleaning, vacuum the upholstery regularly. For spills or stains, use a soft cloth dampened with a mild fabric cleaner. It's best to spot-test any cleaner on an inconspicuous area first. Professional cleaning is recommended for deep cleaning.
What is the weight capacity of the chairs?
While specific weight capacities are not provided, the chairs are designed with robust black metal legs and durable construction for standard adult use.
Does the set come pre-assembled?
No, the FWStyle 5 Piece Dining Set requires assembly. Instructions and necessary hardware for attaching the legs to the table and chairs are included.
Are the floor protectors replaceable?
Yes, the floor protectors are typically designed to be replaceable if they become worn or damaged over time. You may be able to find compatible replacement pads from hardware stores.
Troubleshooting
Table wobbles after assembly
Ensure all table leg screws are fully tightened. Check that the floor surface is level. If the wobble persists, slightly loosen the screws, let the table settle, and then retighten.
Chairs feel unstable
Verify that all chair leg bolts are securely fastened. Make sure the chairs are placed on a flat, even surface. Inspect the floor protectors for even wear.
Stains on the sintered stone tabletop
Wipe away fresh spills immediately with a damp cloth. For dried stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Upholstery discoloration on chairs
Spot clean immediately with a recommended fabric cleaner. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight which can fade colours over time.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
Assembly is required for the FWStyle 5 Piece Dining Set. The table legs need to be attached to the tabletop, and the chair legs to the seats. Tools and instructions are typically included.
- Unpack all components carefully, ensuring all parts are present.
- Follow the provided diagram to attach the table legs to the underside of the sintered stone tabletop.
- Assemble the chair legs according to the instructions and attach them to the chair seats.
- Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened, but avoid over-tightening.
Compatibility:
This set is designed for indoor use in dining areas, kitchens, or multi-purpose living spaces. It is compatible with most standard dining room layouts.
Care:
- Tabletop: Clean the sintered stone surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could damage the finish. For tough stains, a non-abrasive household cleaner can be used sparingly. Due to its heat resistance, hot items can be placed directly on the surface, but using trivets or placemats is always recommended to maintain its pristine condition.
- Chairs: The green linen upholstery can be spot-cleaned with a mild fabric cleaner. For deeper cleaning, refer to professional upholstery cleaning guidelines. Vacuum the upholstery regularly to remove dust and debris.
- Legs: Wipe the black metal legs with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that could affect the sandblasted finish.
