Troubleshooting

Visor fogging in cold weather

Adjust the chin guard vents to ensure maximum airflow and ensure the visor seal is seated correctly against the gasket.

Helmet feels loose over time

Check if the interior cheek pads need to be re-seated or if the retention strap has loosened; clean the liners to remove oils that can cause them to compress.

Difficulty adjusting vents

Clear any debris or wax buildup from the vent sliders; the design is optimized for gloves, so ensure you are using the full range of motion.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure proper performance, ensure the helmet fits snugly against your temples and cheeks without excessive pressure. The retention system should be adjusted to keep the helmet secure but comfortable.

For care, the premium interior liners are removable and washable, which is essential for maintaining hygiene after long summer rides. The outer shell should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical solvents that could degrade the protective resin of the carbon fiber structure. Always inspect the visor mechanism periodically to ensure it remains debris-free and functions smoothly.
