Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your new cookware for the first time, wash each piece with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. While the pans are induction-compatible, ensure your stovetop burner size matches the pan bottom for maximum efficiency. To prolong the life of the non-stick interior, avoid using metal spatulas, forks, or knives directly on the surface; use the included silicone utensils instead. When cooking, medium heat settings are recommended, as high heat can damage the non-stick coating over time. After cooking, allow the pans to cool completely before submerging them in water to prevent thermal shock, and use the provided pan protectors when stacking the items for storage.
