Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup: Ensure the plancha is placed on a stable, level surface outdoors, away from flammable materials. Connect a compatible 30 mbar gas pressure regulator and hose (not included) to a suitable gas cylinder. Follow the instructions provided with your gas connection components to ensure a secure fit. Once connected, the automatic ignition can be used to start the burners.
Compatibility: This plancha operates with a standard 30 mbar gas pressure. It requires a compatible gas hose and regulator, typically available at hardware or camping supply stores. The gas source is usually a propane or butane gas cylinder.
Care: After each use, allow the plancha to cool down completely. Clean the cast iron plate with a non-abrasive brush or scraper. The zinc-coated drip tray should be removed and emptied of grease, then washed with warm, soapy water. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Store in a dry place, preferably with a cover, to protect it from the elements. For deep cleaning of the cast iron, consult specific cast iron care guides to maintain its seasoning.
