The VEVOR Heavy Duty Metal Carport is an ideal solution for vehicle owners, farmers, and homeowners seeking reliable, long-term protection for cars, boats, or tractors against harsh weather, UV rays, and debris. Its galvanized steel construction provides exceptional structural integrity and all-weather resilience, making it a robust choice for permanent or semi-permanent storage. Prospective buyers should note that due to its heavy-duty nature and significant surface area, the assembly process requires multiple people and a flat, stable foundation to ensure maximum safety and performance.

The carport is designed for durability; however, it is advised to clear heavy or wet snow accumulation from the roof periodically to avoid exceeding the structural load limits.
Basic hardware for assembly is included. Depending on your soil type (dirt, gravel, or concrete), you may need to purchase additional specialized heavy-duty anchors.
Due to the size of the components, we recommend at least 2-3 people for a safe and efficient assembly.
Yes, the materials are designed to be weather-resistant, providing protection from rain and moisture.
It is not designed for frequent relocation. It is recommended to choose a permanent or semi-permanent location for the structure.
The structure features a peak height of 3.15 meters, providing significant clearance for taller vehicles.
Ensure all 24 crossbars and leg connections are fully tightened and verify that the foundation is perfectly level.
Check that all connection points between the sidewalls and the frame are secured using the provided fasteners or straps.
Clean the affected area with a mild detergent and apply a rust-inhibiting spray or touch-up paint to prevent further corrosion.
For the best results, clear a level area of at least 11' x 16' to allow for assembly space. We recommend anchoring the legs firmly into the ground using high-quality stakes or concrete anchors to prevent movement in high winds. During the assembly process, use a step ladder and ensure all 24 crossbars are properly tightened to avoid structural gaps. To maintain the life of the carport, inspect the frame and roof panels every six months for loose hardware or debris buildup. If you live in an area with high snow loads, clear heavy accumulations from the roof promptly to maintain structural safety.
