Product Information

Full details

The OHS Soft Like Down 4.5 Tog Duvet is designed for individuals seeking a lightweight yet cozy bedding option, particularly during warmer months. Its key benefit is providing a soft, velvety feel with effective heat trapping and breathability, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. A potential caveat is its 4.5 tog rating, which may be too light for colder climates or those who prefer heavier bedding. This duvet features ultra-soft microfibre, hollow fibre filling, anti-dust mite qualities, and easy-care properties.

FAQs

What is a 4.5 tog rating?

A tog rating measures the thermal insulation of bedding. A 4.5 tog is considered very low, making it ideal for warm summer nights or for individuals who tend to get hot while sleeping.

Is this duvet suitable for allergies?

Yes, the duvet features anti-dust mite qualities and anti-allergy fibres, which help resist common allergens and can improve sleep quality for sensitive individuals.

What are the dimensions of the Super King size duvet?

The Super King size duvet measures 260cm x 220cm, which is a standard size for Super King beds.

Can I use this duvet all year round?

While designed for summer, you can use it year-round if you tend to sleep hot or live in a warmer climate. For cooler months, it might be too light on its own.

How do I wash the duvet?

The duvet is machine washable at 40°C. It is also designed to dry quickly, making it convenient for regular cleaning.

What is the filling made of?

The filling is made of hollow fibre, which provides a balance of warmth and breathability, contributing to a comfortable sleep.

Does the duvet come with a cover?

No, this product is for the duvet insert only. You will need a separate Super King duvet cover.

Troubleshooting

Duvet feels too thin.

This is a 4.5 tog duvet designed for warmer weather. For colder temperatures, consider layering with an additional duvet or using a higher tog rating.

Duvet lost its fluffiness after washing.

Ensure the duvet is fully dried. You can help restore fluffiness by gently shaking it out after washing and during drying. Avoid using high heat settings.

Microfibre material causes static.

Static can sometimes occur with synthetic materials. Using a fabric softener during washing or placing a wool dryer ball in the dryer can help reduce static build-up.
