Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before installation, clear out the drawer completely and remove it from the cabinet. Ensure the mounting surfaces inside the cabinet and on the drawer sides are flat and level. Use a spirit level to mark pilot holes to ensure the slides are perfectly parallel, as any misalignment will affect the smooth operation of the ball-bearing system. Once installed, test the motion; if the drawer feels tight, check that the mounting screws are flush with the rail surface. To maintain performance, avoid overloading the drawer beyond its rated capacity and occasionally wipe the tracks with a dry cloth to prevent dust buildup in the ball bearings.
