Setup
This hob requires hard wiring. It does not come with a plug. Professional installation is recommended. Ensure the electrical supply meets the hob's specifications (7.4 kW).
- Preparation: Ensure the cutout in your countertop meets the hob's dimensions (50 x 576 x 518 mm).
- Wiring: Connect the hob to the mains supply, following the manufacturer's instructions and local electrical codes.
- Placement: Carefully lower the hob into the cutout.
Compatibility
- Cookware: Ensure your cookware is induction-compatible. Test with a magnet – if it sticks to the bottom of the pan, it's suitable.
- Power Supply: Verify the power supply is compatible (230V).
Care
- Cleaning: After each use, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Spills: Wipe up spills immediately to prevent them from burning onto the surface.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the hob for any signs of damage. Do not use the hob if damaged. Avoid dropping heavy objects onto the glass surface.
