No, this product is designed specifically for indoor use. Exposure to moisture or extreme temperatures may damage the electronic internal components.
Please check the battery compartment on the unit for the specific quantity and type of batteries required for your model.
The musical volume is fixed; ensure it is placed in an area where the sound can be heard clearly without being obstructed.
The motion is linked to the sound activation; the head sways specifically while the music plays.
The figure is constructed using a mix of polyester for the clothing, and a plastic and metal frame for structural integrity.
Check the battery compartment to ensure all batteries are seated correctly and have sufficient charge.
Ensure the internal metal frame is fully locked into place and the base is resting on a completely flat, level surface.
Ensure there is no ambient noise interfering with the sensor and confirm the volume or activation switch is set to the correct mode.
To set up your HOMCOM Santa, simply assemble the internal support frame following the included instructions to ensure the figure stands securely. Insert the required batteries into the compartment located at the base of the unit. For maintenance, keep the polyester and plastic surfaces clean by lightly dusting them with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or liquid cleaners on the costume fabric to prevent staining. When the holiday season ends, dismantle the support structure carefully and store the unit in a cool, dry place inside a plastic bin to prevent dust accumulation and moisture damage.
