Dr.Jart+ Korean Premium Beauty Balm SPF 50 40ml - 02 Light Medium-Medium

Its primary purpose is to provide light coverage, even out skin tone, hydrate, and offer high SPF 50 sun protection, creating a natural, radiant 'no-makeup' makeup look.

It offers buildable coverage, meaning you can apply one layer for sheer coverage or layer it for medium coverage. It is designed to enhance your natural skin rather than mask it completely.

While it contains hydrating ingredients like glycerin, it can work for oily skin if applied sparingly and set with a powder, especially in the T-zone. Users with very oily skin might prefer a matte-finish product.

It is generally well-tolerated, but as with any new skincare or makeup product, it's recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of your skin before applying it to your entire face, especially if you have known sensitivities.

The BB cream can help to visibly even out skin tone and mask minor discoloration. The niacinamide also contributes to improving skin tone over time with consistent use.

SPF 50 provides a very high level of protection against sunburn caused by UVB rays and helps to prevent long-term sun damage like premature aging and skin cancer. It's crucial for daily sun defense.

Dr.Jart+ offers several shades. It's best to consult shade comparison charts or try samples if possible, considering your natural skin undertone and desired level of coverage to find the closest match.

This BB cream offers buildable coverage. For lighter shades, try applying a very thin layer and focusing on areas needing coverage. For darker shades, consider using it sparingly or mixing with a lighter tinted moisturizer. Exploring the different shades available in the Dr.Jart+ Premium BB Beauty Balm line may help find a better match.

Ensure your skin is properly moisturized and prepped before application. Use clean fingers, a damp makeup sponge, or a foundation brush for application. Blend outwards from the center of the face using gentle tapping or buffing motions.

Apply a smaller amount of product. Ensure you are not applying over an overly rich moisturizer. For combination or oily skin, consider setting the T-zone with a light powder after application.

While formulated to be non-comedogenic, individual reactions can occur. Ensure thorough cleansing at the end of the day. Consider performing a patch test on a small area of skin before full application, especially if you have acne-prone skin.
