FAQs
What is the material of the suitcase shell?
The suitcase features a robust ABS hard shell, providing durability and protection for your belongings.
How do I set the combination lock?
The combination lock is typically pre-set to 0-0-0. To reset it, look for a small reset button (often on the side or top of the lock mechanism) which you press with a pointed object, enter your desired combination, and then slide the latch. Refer to specific lock instructions for precise steps.
Is this suitcase suitable for carry-on luggage?
No, the A2B Exodus is a 30-inch suitcase, designed for checked baggage. Its dimensions exceed typical carry-on limits.
How much weight can this suitcase hold?
While the suitcase is designed for high-capacity storage, the maximum weight capacity is determined by airline regulations for checked baggage, typically around 50 lbs (23 kg). Ensure you do not exceed airline weight limits.
Can the spinner wheels be replaced?
Replacement of spinner wheels is generally not a user-serviceable part for most hard shell suitcases. If a wheel is damaged, it may affect the maneuverability of the entire suitcase.
What is the warranty period for this suitcase?
Information regarding the specific warranty period is not provided in the product description. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your purchase or contact A2b customer support.
Troubleshooting
Telescopic handle is stuck.
Ensure the release button is fully depressed. Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. Gently wiggle the handle while pressing the button.
Combination lock is difficult to open.
Ensure the numbers are aligned precisely with the indicator line. If you have reset the combination and forgotten it, you may need to contact the manufacturer for assistance as most combination locks do not have a reset key.
Wheels are not spinning smoothly.
Check the wheels for any debris, dirt, or tangled threads. Clean them with a damp cloth and ensure they rotate freely. Small amounts of silicone-based lubricant can sometimes help if they are stiff.
Hard shell has minor scuffs.
Light scuffs can often be buffed out with a soft cloth. For deeper scratches, a specialized plastic repair compound or a vinyl sticker can be used to cover or repair the area.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The telescopic handle can be extended by locating and pulling the release button, then pulling the handle up to the desired height. The combination lock is typically pre-set to '0-0-0' for initial use; refer to the lock's specific instructions for resetting your personal code. The suitcase is ready for packing immediately upon receipt.
Compatibility: This is a general travel suitcase designed for airline checked baggage. Always verify dimensions and weight restrictions with your specific airline before travel, as policies can vary.
Care: To clean the exterior, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents, which can damage the ABS material. For the interior lining, spot clean with a damp cloth. Ensure the suitcase is completely dry before storing to prevent mildew. Store in a cool, dry place, preferably with the handle retracted and wheels protected.
