Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
Your Maxi-Cosi Nesta Wooden Highchair requires initial assembly. Detailed instructions will be provided in the product manual. Typically, this involves attaching the wooden legs and seat components using the included hardware. Ensure all connections are secure before use. Always perform a safety check after assembly and before placing your child in the highchair.
Compatibility
This highchair is designed to be compatible with specific Maxi-Cosi Nesta accessory kits to extend its use:
- Maxi-Cosi Nesta Newborn Kit: Allows for use from birth, providing a reclined position for infants.
- Maxi-Cosi Nesta Toddler Kit: Offers additional comfort and support for older children as the highchair converts to a toddler chair.
These kits are sold separately and integrate seamlessly with the main highchair frame.
Care
To ensure the longevity and hygiene of your Nesta highchair, follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe down all wooden surfaces regularly with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can damage the wood finish.
- Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent staining and moisture damage to the wood.
- Maintenance: Periodically check all screws and fittings to ensure they remain tight and secure. Retighten as necessary.
- Storage: If storing for an extended period, keep in a dry place away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to prevent warping or fading.
