BAZ Washers - Black - 25mm

EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, a type of synthetic rubber known for its excellent durability, weather resistance, and flexibility.

The BAZ washers have a temperature resistance of up to 180°C.

While A2 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance, for highly corrosive environments like marine settings, higher grades of stainless steel might be recommended. Consult specific project requirements.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and harsh chemicals to maintain the integrity of the EPDM and stainless steel components.

Verify that the screw was adequately tightened to compress the washer, creating a seal. Check for any damage to the washer or screw during installation. Ensure the washer was correctly oriented.

Confirm the correct washer size is used for the screw and application. Ensure the screw head is not over-tightened, which can damage the EPDM. Check that the surface is clean and free of debris before installation.

While A2 stainless steel offers good resistance, extreme environments can still cause surface discoloration. Ensure the correct grade of stainless steel (A2) is suitable for the specific environmental conditions. Clean any surface residue.
