This 250ml Heating Oil Additive from Tableau is designed for homeowners and facility managers seeking to optimize their boiler performance and longevity. Its key benefit is promoting cleaner fuel combustion, which reduces sludge buildup and prevents corrosion, leading to a more efficient and extended system lifespan. A potential caveat is the need for correct dosage and addition timing for optimal results. Key features include sludge reduction, corrosion prevention, and improved fuel efficiency.

The recommended dosage is a minimum of 250ml of additive per 1000 litres of fuel oil.
It is ideally added to the tank *before* you add new fuel, to ensure better mixing.
It helps your fuel burn cleaner and more efficiently, reduces sludge buildup, prevents corrosion, and can extend your boiler's lifespan.
While it is best to add it before refuelling for optimal mixing, adding it after refuelling will still provide benefits, though it may take longer to fully disperse.
Usage frequency can depend on your boiler's usage and fuel quality. Many users add it with each fuel delivery to maintain optimal performance.
It is designed for standard heating oil systems. Always check your boiler's manual or consult a professional if you are unsure about compatibility.

Ensure the correct dosage was used and that the additive was added before the fuel for proper mixing. Allow several days of operation for the additive to take full effect. Check for other potential mechanical issues with the boiler.
This is unlikely if used correctly. Double-check the dosage, as overdosing can sometimes cause issues. Ensure the additive is compatible with your fuel and system. If problems persist, discontinue use and consult a heating engineer.
Verify that the additive is being mixed properly with the fuel. Allow time for the system to adjust. If the issue continues, it may indicate a separate combustion problem requiring professional diagnosis.
Setup: To use the Tableau Heating Oil Additive, measure the required amount based on your fuel volume. The recommended dose is a minimum of 250ml of additive for every 1000 litres of fuel oil.
Addition: For best results, pour the additive directly into your oil storage tank *before* refuelling. This ensures thorough mixing with the fuel as it is added.
Compatibility: This additive is designed for standard heating oil systems. Ensure compatibility with your specific boiler and tank type before use.
Care: Store the additive in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of ignition. Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use.
