Castrol TRANSMAX Dual is a fully synthetic SAE 75W dual clutch transmission fluid featuring high shear resistance, thermal and oxidative stability and balanced frictional characteristics. It is approved for Audi / VW TL 52529 (G 052 529) and suitable for Audi / VW TL 52182 (G 052 182), Seat, Chrysler (Europe), Ford WSS-M2C936-A (Dual Clutch), Mitsubishi dual clutch including Dia Queen SSTF-1, Peugeot using Getrag DCT, PSA Transmission oil 9734 52, Skoda 6-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DSG), and Volvo Dual Clutch Transmission. This fluid is recommended for use in various VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Ford, Volvo, Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Peugeot Dual Clutch Transmission applications. It provides excellent synchroniser and clutch performance due to balanced frictional characteristics, excellent thermal and oxidative stability, and exceptional cold flow properties. The product also offers operating temperature reduction through reduced friction, very good extreme pressure (EP) anti-pitting behaviour, high shear resistance for constant viscosity during oil life, and good seal compatibility. It is also a certified carbon neutral product (PAS 2060).
