No, this bin is designed for dry waste only. The mesh structure is not intended for food scraps or liquids.
The bin is made of durable steel; however, it should be kept dry to maintain the finish and prevent corrosion.
Using a liner is optional. Because of the mesh design, small or wet items might fall through, so a liner is recommended if you are disposing of tiny bits of refuse.
The bin has a diameter of 23.5cm and a total height of 27cm.
The base is smooth, but for sensitive flooring, you may choose to attach small felt furniture pads to the bottom rim for extra protection.
Ensure the surface is flat; if it persists, use a small adhesive felt pad under the base rim on the low side.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum nozzle to clear out stuck paper scraps or dust.
Wipe the mesh with a slightly damp cloth to attract dust without pushing it through to the inside.
This bin requires no assembly—simply remove it from the packaging and place it on any level surface. To maintain the appearance of the silver finish, wipe down the exterior with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. If debris gets stuck within the mesh wire, use a soft-bristle brush to gently dislodge it. Ensure the bin is placed on a dry floor surface, as the open mesh design may allow residual moisture from the floor to transfer if the area is frequently mopped.
