Ensure the stool is on a level surface and check if any debris has entered the ball bearing track.
To assemble the stool, ensure all provided hardware is securely fastened to the double-ring frame during the setup process. Given its 350mm seat diameter, the stool fits easily into tight workshop corners or behind service counters. To maintain the chrome finish, wipe the frame periodically with a soft, dry cloth to prevent oxidation. For the padded seat, use a damp cloth with mild soap for spot cleaning; avoid harsh chemicals that might degrade the seat material over time. Ensure the floor surface is level to prevent the stool from wobbling during use.
