Product Information

Full details

The Normann Copenhagen Rul Trolley is designed for homeowners and professionals seeking a sophisticated, mobile storage solution that blends Nordic aesthetics with high-functionality. Its primary benefit is the combination of maneuverable 360-degree wheels and robust tray storage, making it perfect for serving, organizing, or display. One caveat is that its open-frame design means it is best suited for environments where you prefer visible, accessible storage rather than concealed compartments.

FAQs

Can the trays be removed or swapped?

Yes, the trays are designed to be removable, allowing you to clean them individually or reorganize the trolley configuration.

Is this trolley suitable for outdoor use?

The Rul Trolley is intended for indoor use. Exposure to moisture or extreme temperature fluctuations may damage the finish and wheel components.

Does the trolley come pre-assembled?

No, the trolley requires assembly upon delivery, but it includes the necessary instructions and hardware.

What is the weight capacity of the trays?

The trolley is designed for standard household items such as kitchenware, books, or office supplies; avoid overloading trays with heavy, concentrated weights.

How do I lock the trolley in place?

The Rul Trolley does not feature wheel locks, so it is recommended to place the unit on a flat, level surface to prevent unintended rolling.

Troubleshooting

Trolley feels unstable or wobbles

Ensure all structural screws are tightened equally and the unit is on a level surface.

Wheels are not rolling smoothly

Clear any trapped debris or dust from the wheel axels and ensure the floor surface is free of obstructions.

Cons

Requires assembly which may not suit all users

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly of the Rul Trolley is straightforward, following the provided manual to secure the frame components. Ensure all bolts are tightened properly to maintain structural integrity. For care, wipe the powder-coated metal surfaces and trays with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these may damage the finish. To keep the wheels performing at their peak, check them periodically for debris or hair that might obstruct the 360-degree rotation of the front wheels.
