Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, measure the height of your wall and cut the trim to length using a standard fine-tooth saw. When mounting, ensure you leave the recommended expansion gap between your composite boards as specified by your cladding installation manual; the trim is meant to cover this gap rather than compress the boards. Always use color-matched fixings where possible to maintain the visual integrity of the Spiced Oak finish. For care, keep the trim free of dirt and organic debris by occasionally wiping it down with a soft brush or a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive power washers that could strip the finish.
