Compatibility: Before purchasing, it is crucial to verify that these filters are compatible with your specific Klarstein tumble dryer model. Refer to your dryer's user manual or the manufacturer's website for the correct filter specifications.
Setup:
- Ensure the tumble dryer is unplugged from the power source.
- Locate the exhaust filter housing, typically on the dryer door or drum opening.
- Carefully remove the old round exhaust filter.
- Insert a new SPARES2GO round exhaust filter, ensuring it sits securely.
- Locate the air intake filter, usually found at the bottom front or back of the dryer.
- Remove the old air intake filter.
- Insert a new SPARES2GO air intake filter.
Care:
- Regular Cleaning: The exhaust filters should be cleaned after every drying cycle to remove lint. A soft brush or vacuum cleaner can be used.
- Replacement: The filters should be replaced when they show signs of wear, damage, or reduced filtration effectiveness. It is recommended to replace them periodically, based on usage.
- Washing (Exhaust Filters Only): If filters become heavily soiled, they can sometimes be washed gently with water. Ensure they are *completely dry* before reinserting them into the dryer to avoid moisture damage.
