The Nordara 2-in-1 Detachable Body Massage Roller is designed for athletes and individuals seeking targeted muscle recovery and deep tissue relief. Its primary benefit lies in its versatile dual-axis structure, which allows for both full-body coverage when combined and precise, localized treatment when detached. While highly effective for alleviating stiffness and improving circulation, users should note that the deep-grooved texture may be intense for those unaccustomed to deep tissue massage.

Yes, it can be used on bare skin, though many users prefer wearing lightweight athletic gear for added comfort during deep tissue sessions.
It can be used daily for post-workout recovery or as needed to alleviate muscle tension and stiffness.
The material is moisture-resistant, making it easy to clean with a damp cloth, but it should not be stored in humid environments.
Yes, the dual-axis design is excellent for the back, as it allows the spine to rest comfortably in the center while the rollers target the muscles on either side.
Yes, but beginners should start with very light pressure until they become accustomed to the intensity of the deep-tissue grooves.
Ensure you are pulling from the correct hinge point; if stuck, gently wiggle the sides while pulling to release the locking mechanism.
Reduce the amount of downward body weight applied and move the roller more slowly; consider using a thin layer of clothing between your skin and the roller.
To separate the rollers, firmly grasp each side of the dual-axis structure and apply a steady pull to disengage the connection point. To reassemble, align the dual-axis hinges and press together until you feel the pieces click into place.
Compatibility is universal as the device is non-powered and purely mechanical. For maintenance, keep the rollers clean by wiping them with a damp cloth and a mild soap solution after each use to remove sweat and oils. Do not submerge the unit in water for extended periods, and store it in a cool, dry place to maintain the integrity of the material.
