Troubleshooting
Crystal sheets are sticking to photos.
Ensure photos are completely dry and smooth. If adhesion is persistent, consider using a very thin, acid-free barrier sheet (not included) between the photo and the crystal sheet, or adjust photo placement slightly.
Fabric cover appears dirty.
Gently wipe the surface with a clean, slightly damp microfiber cloth. For tougher marks, use a very mild soap solution, but test on an inconspicuous area first and ensure the cloth is not overly wet.
Photos are not staying adhered to the page.
Ensure you are using a strong, photo-safe adhesive. Reapply the adhesive to the back of your photos or the mounting material and press firmly onto the black card page before replacing the crystal sheet.
Album pages do not lay flat when open.
This is typical for new, tightly bound albums. Gently press down on the pages while open, or leave the album open for a period to help the binding relax. Avoid forcing the pages flat, which could damage the binding.
