The BS 200 Plus is designed to use the included aluminium oxide grinding wheel. Always use the correct wheel type for the material you are working with.
The sanding belt change is tool-free. After opening the cover, you can easily remove and replace the belt.
Always wear safety glasses and a dust mask. Ensure the workpiece is securely held and that you maintain a safe distance from the grinding wheel and sanding belt. Use the spark protection shield.
The grinder has a 33mm suction connection. Connect a standard coupling bush to it and then to your dust extraction system.
Please refer to the warranty information provided with your purchase. The standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Replace the grinding wheel when it becomes worn, damaged, or its grinding performance decreases significantly. Regularly inspect the wheel for any signs of wear.
The BS 200 Plus is designed for dry grinding only. Do not use it with water or other liquids.
Check the power connection and ensure the power switch is in the on position. Verify that the outlet is functioning correctly.
Check the grinding wheel and sanding belt for wear. Replace them if necessary. Ensure the workpiece is applied with adequate pressure.
Inspect the grinding wheel for damage or imbalance. Ensure the machine is placed on a stable surface. Check the mounting flanges for smooth running.
Check the dust extraction port and connecting hose for blockages. Make sure the extraction system is properly connected and functioning.
